REFUND AND PICKUP POLICY 

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! 

REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE ONLY  FOR DAMAGE OR DEFECT OF ITEMS!!

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY/NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN 

Local pick up items must be picked within 1 week from date of purchase. On day 8 we will notify you that we will ship your order to you because we can no longer hold your items. You will be responsible for shipping fees. Once the shipping fee is paid your items will be shipped within 24 hours or on the next business day. Shipping fee can be sent via cash app or zelle. If you don’t agree to shipping policy we will return items to inventory. Again, NO REFUNDS will be issued for failure to pickup within the timeframe allotted. 

DEFECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
