All day rental is $600 this includes 10- 6ft tables and 40 chairs. $600 is due at the time of booking (NONREFUNDABLE) to hold your date. $250 cleaning deposit is due 1 week prior to event. However, you will be refunded the $250 deposit back after the building and parking lot is inspected. If any cleaning or damages is needed the cost of labor and maintenance will be deducted and/or forfeited. If you need to change your date for any reason you’ll forfeit your deposit however you will be allowed to change your date to another date that’s available.
Deposit will be refunded back to via debit card, cash, or cash app within 24 hours of inspection of building.

However, LeeLeeFitness,LLC provides a 24 hour monitoring service for the property. You are responsible for your own private security for your private event that is held at LeeLeeFitness, LLC facility. You are aware that LeeLeeFitness,LLC is not responsible for any break ins, accidents, that occurs while you are occupying the property. By signing this waiver, you agree that you can not sue LeeLeeFitness,LLC or any affiliation with LeeLeeFitness, LLC for anything that occurs while your event takes place.
